Important Information for the New Home Owner

Arranging for Electric Service

To arrange to have the electric service placed in your name, please call Electrical District No. 3, (ED3) at 520-424-9021 OR 877-811-8700, or come into our offices at 19756 N. John Wayne Pkwy, Suite 101 or 41630 W. Louis Johnson Drive.  You will need to provide ED3 with the following:

A Completed Application For Service

1. Pay a Nonrefundable Service Initiation Fee of $25.00 for Residential Service or $35.00 for Commercial Service
2. Sign a Service Agreement, and
3. Establish Credit with the District

The nonrefundable account establishment fees AND a security deposit in an amount based on a confidential independent credit score to guarantee 
payment for this service account are due immediately.  If applying online, customers will receive a call back to finalize the application process.
